  1. Toronto, Ontario, Canada

- This short film was made by 'Darren Lynn Bousman' (qv) to pitch the idea to movie companies.

- Shot in two days.

- Only two actors that starred in the short film returned for the full-length movie; 'Terrance Zdunich' (qv) returned to reprise his role as Graverobber and 'J. LaRose' (qv) moved from the role of Pavi Largo to a news reporter.

- It was rumored that the short film was going to be a special feature on the DVD release of the full-length movie (released in January 2009), but the short film was not included in the features of either the DVD or the Blu-Ray. It remains unreleased.

- 'Shawnee Smith' (qv) and 'J. LaRose' (qv) appeared in the short film because it took place so closely with the filming of _Saw III (2006)_ (qv). Both were shot in Toronto, Ontario.

- Is an adaptation of the stage play originally created by 'Terrance Zdunich' (qv) and 'Darren Smith (VI)' (qv).
