- It is mentioned in the film that Frank Wells called the Disney studio at 3am to find out what Goofy's original name was. Goofy's original name was Dippy Dawg.

- Dedicated to the memory of 'Howard Ashman' (qv), 'Joe Ranft' (qv), 'Frank Wells (IV)' (qv) and 'Roy Edward Disney' (qv). When the film first premiered Disney was still alive however after his death in December of 2009 director 'Don Hahn (I)' (qv) decided that the "forever version of the movie" should also include Disney and so the change was made prior to the DVD release.
